Felony Theft, Possession With Intent To Distribute, & Burglary Now Expungeable In Maryland! – 2018

As of October 1st, 2018 new expungement laws in Maryland allow for the expungement of these new felonies:

  • Felony Theft
  • Possession With Intent To Distribute
  • First, second, and third degree burglary.

    Misdemeanors and Felonies Now Eligible For Expungement! – New Expungement Laws In Maryland | October, 2017

    As of October 2017, new expungement laws were passed allowing for the expungement of misdemeanors and felonies in Maryland even if you were found guilty.

    For misdemeanors the wait period is generally 10 years after the date of disposition. For felonies the wait period is generally 15 years. Do not hesitate to contact us to see if your case qualifies for expungement!
